HYCHEM was founded in 1997 by Henry Yard. After graduating Rutgers University, Henry quickly moved up the ladder in the Oleochemical and Food Industries. Starting out as an intern catching steam in a bucket and working production lines he rose to the ranks of Senior Leadership for several leading brands in the US and Europe. Putting traveling behind and his family first, Henry decided to take his own approach and that is when HYCHEM was created.
